From a company selling a little food alongside our wine company we now now sell almost 200 food products from around France and further afield. We have:
- Foie Gras, Duck Confit, Cassoulet etc from the Gers in the S.W. of France,
- Goose Foie Gras & Confit from Albi in the Tarn,
- a large range of Patés (using only natural products, no preservatives or colourants) from Sanglier (Wild Boar) and Chevreuil (Venison) to Pheasant and Rabbit from La Conserverie Quatrefages from St Jean du Bruel in the Aveyron
- Snails, Escargots de Bougogne (collected in the wild) from the Jura
- A large range of free-range pork products (rillettes, patés etc) from the Pyrenees in the Basque Country.
- Fish, Lobster & Crab Soups from Pérard of Le Touquet (as recommended by Delia)
- Tapenades, Anchoïade, Aioli and all the best of Provence from les Delices du Lubéron.
- Delicious fruits in alcohol from les Vergers de Gascogne the Gers in S.W. France.
- Lots of other French products: Black Truffles, Truffle Oils, Duck & Goose Fat, Flavoured Mustards.
Over 90% of these delicious items are bought direct from th producers in France, who are all small businesses employing less than 10 people. If we haven't got what you want, please tell us and we will try and add it our range.
