Most of our Patés are from the family run Conserverie Quatrefages in St Jean de Bruel in the Aveyron. This small family business set up by Bruno Quatrefages and now run by his son Nicolas, makes patés using local ingredients and no colourants or preservatives.
From la Charcuterie Basquaise in St Jean Pied de Port (a town up in the mountains on the pilgrim route to St Jacques de Compostelle, our Basque pork products are from free range pigs reared outdoors (all year) in the woods of a Pyrenean mountainside.
