Shipping & Returns

There is a maximum delivery charge of £6.50. (This will be reduced online in the case of light orders under 1kg GROSS.) Please telephone for charges for deliveries off the mainland & to Scottish Highlands and further afield.

We will generally dispatch orders within 48 hours (longer if payment is by cheque).
99% of orders will arrive within a week but please allow 14 days as orders sometimes go astray after they leave us. Please contact us if you have not received your order within the week.
Orders may be able to be sent by express next day delivery but may incur a small extra charge. Please ask.
We will do our best to deliver on a specific day (and are generally successful), but cannot guarantee this as deliveries are not in our hands.

Giving detailed delivery instructions (and permission to pass on a phone number) in cases where the delivery address is difficult to find, will greatly increase the likelihood of the items being received on the requested day.

An order can be cancelled up until 7 working days after delivery. However if goods have already been dispatched, the cost of return is payable by the customer.
