    While some might see this as a first class emergency dinner stand by, it is, in my opinion, so good as to be slotted in on occasion as dinner in its own right. This product is so good that while it might appear to be expensive it is a case of: You get what you pay for. A genuine Cassoulet, enough for two and first class quality. Rave, rave, rave.

    This really is the "real thing". The same comment goes for its siblings with both Goose and Pork. (All three cassoulets also have of course the delicious Toulouse sausages).
    Rather than gently heating them on the hob, do use a bain-marie improvised with a covered casserole dish suspended over a pot of boiling water. This really ensures that the beans do not break down.

    Very nice. Wonderful and heartwarming, I would buy it again sometime. Red wine from the region goes really well.
