Gaillac Blanc Perlé £8.40

Light, supple, aromatic and refreshing, this wine has the green apply flavour you would expect from the Mauzac grape with its traditional accompaniment of Sauvignon Blanc. The very subtle fizz is produced by a secondary natural spontaneous fermentation of the Mauzac in the bottle.
Light, fresh, fruity wine with real depth. Ideal for parties but perfect for drinking with salads, chicken, seafood or fish.
