In order to distinguish it from its unoaked siblings this wine carries the label of Château de Gouzy (the vineyard of Mme Rouquié's retired parents and now part of Bicary).Oaked for 10 months in new barrels, the 'assemblage' of Merlot and Braucol from old vines is round and full with a taste of blackcurrant and raspberry. ‘Black’ with a fruity spicy woody nose.
