Pork Hock in jelly from la Conserverie Quatrefages in the Aveyron with absolutely no preservatives and colouring. You don't need them so why put them in? This is just Pork Hock, Salt, Pepper!. Cut into cubes and use in salad in pasta etc. or on bread. Proper tasty!!
