Savagnin 2005 £15.95

This starts off exactly the same way as the Vin Jaune above but is only allowed to oxidise for 3 years. Clean, crisp and slightly woody with a little butteriness. If you are unsure about going the whole hog with Vin Jaune why not start here or try the blend with Chardonnay.
