Bloc Duck Foie Gras 850g £45.95

(serves 15+) from AFG Foie Gras, from AFG Foie Gras, a small farmers' cooperative in the Aveyron in S.W. France where the ducks are reared in sheds with access to a large outdoor enclosure and never caged.

We recommend putting it in the fridge for a few hours, then put tin/jar in some warm water for 30 secs, open and turn out.
Slice with warmed knife and allow to warm to room temp and eat with crusty white bread or brioche. If you wish to heat the foie gras then flash fry, (a few seconds only!).

    I am usually tempted to buy bloc duck foie gras when in markets in Provence, and then wonder why! It is always more expensive than this, and often not as good. I remove it from the tin and divide into four or five pieces and freeze. Delicious!
