Duck Confit 12 cuisses/legs 3825g £43.95

From the same producer as our Goose Confit. Heat for 8/10 minutes until the skin is starting to crisp. We do it in a hot frying pan: 3 minutes skin side down, 3 minutes skin side up then 2 minutes skin side down again.

  1. The only Confit my Son will travel home for!

    This product is superb, I only buy a tin (of 12) when I can afford it. I have tried other confit's but they are 'pale in comparison'. When I tell my Son I have a new can he makes the journey home (over 300 miles).
    We serve it with pickled red cabage and roast celariac.

    Excellent value, a big can like this feeds at least 12 people with plenty of duck fat left for delicious roasties as well. Genuine product, never fails to impress, and really easy to cook.
